NEW YORK – Shawmut announced the appointment of Kimberly Bishop to its board of directors. Bishop, a seasoned leader and expert business advisor, will help the company expand its talented team, accelerate nationwide growth, and guide the company in its mission to provide an exceptional construction experience to its clients.

Bishop is currently the founder and CEO of the New York-based boutique executive search firm that bears her name, Kimberly Bishop Executive Search. In this role, she works closely with companies and business leaders to recruit talent for executive positions and board members for private, public, and non-profit organizations. She draws on her experience from both sides of the recruiting process as a hiring executive and executive search leader to advise businesses in a wide range of industries on strategic talent planning. Bishop also serves as a board director for her alma mater, Bellevue University, a member of the board of advisors for Avrio AI, Inc., and advisor for Debx. She is a member of both the International Women's Forum and C200, an invitation-only membership organization made up of more than 500 of the world's most successful female corporate executives and entrepreneurs.
