Project Marks Shawmut’s 19th Build on Madison Avenue Since 2010

Boston, MA – Shawmut Design and Construction, located at 3 East 54th Street in New York City, is today announcing it has been awarded the construction of Cesare Attolini, located at 800 Madison Avenue.  The project is Shawmut’s 19th build on Madison Avenue since 2010.

The build is a 2,800 square foot fit out and is designed by by Architetto Alessandro del Giudice, and managed by Rosenberg Kolb architects. Construction began this month and is scheduled to be completed in early 2012. This is Shawmut’s first project with Cesare Attolini.
