New Restaurants to be Completed This Year

Las Vegas, NV – Shawmut Design and Construction, located at 3068 East Sunset Road in Las Vegas, has announced it has been selected to build Central Michel Richard, the newest restaurant at the iconic Caesars Palace, and Fogo de Chao, the acclaimed Brazilian steakhouse’s first Las Vegas location.

Central Michel Richard is the newest creation by James Beard Award-winning chef Michel Richard. The restaurant will occupy 9,600 square feet and be capable of seating up to 300 guests. Located adjacent to Caesars’ famous hotel lobby, it will also feature a spacious lounge, full bar and outdoor patio terrace. Central Michel Richard is designed by 2 Scale Interiors, and is scheduled to be open in September 2011.

Fogo de Chao, a celebrated Brazilian steakhouse chain with locations in Brazil and across the United States, is scheduled to be completed in November 2011. The restaurant, designed by Identity Architects, is located at 355 Hughes Center Drive, and marks the fourth Fogo de Chao location awarded to Shawmut Design and Construction. Other locations include Dallas, San Antonio and Denver, CO.
