That’s why we do our best to manage safe and well organized projects that strictly adhere to schedules. Subcontractors prefer to work with us because there is predictability in trade scheduling and they know they will be paid promptly. In fact, we are one of the only major construction managers in New England that does not have “pay if paid” or “pay when paid” clauses in our subcontracts. We have a long-standing corporate policy of paying our subcontractors within 30 days regardless of whether or not we have been paid by the client. Based in Boston and with offices in New York and Providence, we are a national general contracting and construction management firm.
