Noteworthy: A complete exterior restoration of this Master’s residence was needed to restore the building’s historic fabric while incorporating modern conveniences. The interior work included gutting the kitchen and installing new cabinets and appliances, installing a new HVAC system, and restoring the interior finishes, including replacement of period wall coverings. The exterior restoration included a new slate roof, repairing and replacing clapboards, repairing existing windows, and painting the exterior. A handicapped lift was also discreetly added to this Master’s residence.
