Noteworthy: Shawmut partnered with designers from New York and France to complete this build-out and renovation of a high-end condominium in the exclusive Setai hotel, including four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, and three balconies overlooking South Beach and Downtown Miami. High-end finishes include Italian book-matched white marble throughout, reclaimed teak flooring, crystal and marble in the master suite, glass from London, custom lighting, high-end commercial appliances, gloss lacquer cabinets, and zebrawood veneer millwork fixtures from Italy. The condominium is equipped with a smart-home system for the shades, electrical, and HVAC systems.

 

Shawmut completed all work within a fully occupied hotel with other residences, requiring dust and noise mitigation and extensive communication and coordination with the entire project team.
