Even as a project wraps up, Shawmut's commitment to client service and positive construction experiences continues. We complete our own punchlist review prior to turning over any project, and within two weeks of project completion we deliver complete operations and maintenance manuals with all as-built drawings. One year after the completion of every job we send a team member to perform a walkthrough, note any existing or potential issues, and resolve them. We're always here to answer your questions, because no matter when your project was completed, every client remains a priority.
