In an industry that’s only 10% female with just 8% in construction management roles, Lisa is a leader who works to continuously advance Shawmut, the industry, her team, and herself.

One of the leaders in the Miami office, Lisa helps mold market-specific processes that enhance Shawmut’s standard operating procedures, allowing the team to operate as efficiently and productively as possible. She is currently focused on building Shawmut’s presence in Palm Beach County.

As key account manager for repeat clients including Lucid Motors and Related Companies, Lisa has developed a scalable process for consistently delivering the best experience and final product. She has developed builders’ books, including deep dives into processes, documentation, lessons learned, and standard details; these living documents are continuously updated and improved, expanding with more insights for onboarding team members as the accounts scale and grow.

Lisa’s impressive portfolio of work in South Florida includes Ransom Everglades School STEM building, Lucid Motors’ Brickell City Centre and Rosemary Square Studios, amenity spaces and tenant fit-outs for Related Companies at Rosemary Square, Baccarat Boutique BBar and Lounge in the Miami Design District, Primark at Sawgrass Mills, and a penthouse in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

With a focus on empowering and inspiring the next generation of builders, Lisa dedicates time to Girls Go Build, which introduces middle school girls in Delray Beach, FL to the AEC industry and encourages them to explore and expand math- and science-based learning. Lisa has participated in panel discussions to share her experience and passion for construction, connecting with young women and showing them the different career opportunities that they can pursue.
