Shawmut’s Board of Directors was recognized as the 2026 Private Company Board of the Year by the National Association of Corporate Directors New England Chapter (NACDNE) at its annual “Director of the Year” awards ceremony held April 30, 2026, in Boston. The awards celebrate leading public and private company boards, along with individual honorees for lifetime achievement, excellence in corporate governance, and nonprofit leadership.
