Why Shawmut?
I joined Shawmut because it was already leading the industry in construction quality, and I saw an opportunity to help extend that advantage through greater consistency, accountability, and scale across the nation. With strong executive alignment and the commitment of a 100% employee-owned firm, Shawmut is set to keep raising the standard. I wanted to be a part of that.

Beyond Shawmut
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my better half of 18 years, traveling when we can, tackling home projects, arts & entertainment, and making sure our Labrador Retriever is never bored.

Fun Fact
Before construction quality, I spent 10 years in the Navy working as a welder within the nuclear power program, maintaining submarines, supporting a shore-based training facility, and serving on the USS Enterprise during a major overhaul, where I built early skills in teamwork, accountability, and leading in high-consequence environments.
