Noteworthy: Renovation and expansion of the historic Neilson Library and adjacent Alumnae Gymnasium to create a twenty-first century library. The program provides approximately 124,000 square feet of new and renovated spaces in the Neilson Library and approximately 21,000 square feet of renovated spaces in the Alumnae Gymnasium for collections, seating, staff functions, teaching, learning and technology programs, a café, special collections, and archives exhibit area, event and gathering spaces. Targeting LEED® v4 Certification.
