Noteworthy: Ground-up, three-story center to house existing and forthcoming health sciences programs in one central building. Scope includes wet and dry lab space, mock hospital rooms, individual teaching spaces as well as classrooms and gathering spaces. Sustainable initiatives include geothermal heat pumps and rooftop solar panels and targeting LEED Silver Certification.
