Noteworthy: Renovation and expansion of a PreK-8 school to better accommodate its challenging educational program and expanding student population, as well as improving accessibility, and addressing the antiquated and inadequate M/E/P/FP systems. The existing building was built in 1913, with additions from 1954 and 1974, and is located around the historic Edward Devotion House, a permanent fixture on the site that dates back to the 1700s.
