Noteworthy: H&M's renovation included the removal of a demising wall to combine two spaces into one and the addition of a second floor. The interior features a large millwork package, new lighting fixtures, recessed lighting and track work, tile flooring, and a brand new roof and concrete deck on the second floor. Shawmut installed a new elevator and escalator for consumer ease when shopping. Storefront work also included a new glass and metal trimming.
