Noteworthy: This Shawmut-built, multilevel, glass-and-steel building includes a custom curtain wall design and is comprised of eight different cubes and two lower levels. The ground-up construction was one for the books, requiring the demolishment of an existing six-story building situated on a busy block next to Bryant Park.
