The Jan Hus Church (1888) underwent an extensive renovation to accommodate the new owner, Church of the Epiphany. The project included new footings, underpinning, structural upgrades to steel and wood joists, and all-new MEP infrastructure. A new circulation core with an elevator and stairwells was added, along with a landmark-quality façade restoration.

Interior updates included modifying the sanctuary for Episcopal services, installing an organ and sound system, and relocating stained glass from Church of the Epiphany. The renovation also upgraded reception areas, remodeled church and school offices, and enhanced the gymnasium and accessible roof deck.
