Medical office fit-out on the third and fourth floors to expand space for a Midtown medical practice. The scope of work included the construction of exam rooms, consult rooms, clean and soil holds, nurse stations, toilet and locker/shower rooms, a physical therapy area, and an internal staircase connecting three floors. The project was delivered with a focus on efficiency and functionality to meet the growing needs of the practice.
