The new David Zwirner 19th Street gallery in Chelsea spans two stories and features 18-foot-tall ceilings. The team built three gallery spaces (totaling 6,000 square feet) and installed four skylights that allow for natural light to enhance the concrete floors. This required complex structural work, which also added two new staircases and an elevator.
