The renovation of Massachusetts Hall, Harvard University’s oldest building (1720), involved stringent security measures, dust mitigation techniques, and off-hours scheduling. The building houses the offices of the President, Provost, and senior leadership. The project included interior space reconfigurations, accessibility improvements, envelope upgrades, replacement of HVAC systems, and installation of fire protection systems.
