The team built a 15,000 square foot new home directly into a slope of the Hollywood Hills, meticulously excavating and exporting more than 1,000 truckloads of soil, grading down nearly 80 vertical feet, and building the structure with 18,544,000 pounds of concrete and over 1,000,000 pounds of reinforcing steel. The residence consists of five levels, a pool, and a steam room and sauna located next to a large gym space. The main floor has stairs and a bridge passing over a water feature to the courtyard and entry.
