Working inside the historic JW Marriott Essex House, Shawmut built Bourbon Steak by Chef Michael Mina, fitting out a main dining room, lounge, and two private dining rooms. Throughout the space the team installed finishes including mixed metals and fire-kiln ceramic tiles. Shawmut also renovated the hotel’s lobby, concierge, and executive lounges.
