After undergoing a rebranding, Shawmut completely renovated the Oceana hotel’s 70 guestrooms, lobby, courtyard, fitness center, and restaurant. To reflect the new warm and bright branding, the guestrooms all received new finishes throughout including carpet, wall coverings, Lutron system controls, imported tile, furniture, millwork, and restroom fixtures.
