Fast-paced fit-out to create co-working space in an occupied, newly restored 18-story structure. The scope included new offices, conference rooms, break areas, pantry and coffee stations across three floors; new featured walls and suspended ceilings that open to structure finishes; and new MEP, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems along with structured cabling and ability for A/V, security, and network systems.
