SushiSamba’s rooftop in West Hollywood is the international restaurant’s second U.S. location, providing Japanese-Brazilian fusion, entertainment, and an open-air dining room with 360-degree views. The team performed extensive demolition work, structural upgrades, installation of a state-of-the-art retractable roof, and application of high-quality finishes to bring the restaurant to life.
