The Benjamin Royal Sonesta New York

This multilevel, glass-and-steel building includes a custom curtain wall design and is comprised of eight different cubes and two lower levels. The ground-up construction required the demolition of an existing six-story building situated on a busy block next to Bryant Park. With approximately 23,000 square feet of above-grade space and an additional 55,000 square feet of available below-grade space, The Cubes created space for retail, restaurants, and recreation, introducing revenue-generating opportunities to support the adjacent public plaza.
