Les Hiscoe serves as chief executive officer of the construction company Shawmut Design and Construction. He is currently leading a 10-year growth plan focused on increasing the firm’s market share of large-scale projects and adding experts in the commercial, education, healthcare and life science sectors to the team. In his work, Hiscoe is an advocate for use of the most innovative technology and the upfront collaboration that best brings clients’ visions to life. Outside of his professional role, he is a volunteer with Rebuilding Together New York City, a board member of the Construction Industry Round Table and a guest lecturer at the Massachusetts Institution of Technology and the University of New Hampshire.
