Noteworthy: Shawmut built out this 300+-seat restaurant for repeat client JOEY Restaurants. The 7,009 square-foot interior features an 11-foot custom wood entry door that opens to the 1,810 square-foot patio. Separating the dining room from the kitchen, Shawmut installed a custom-built metal and glass wall system. The new outdoor seating area includes painted black steel, retractable automatic awnings, heaters, fans, custom planters, upholstered booths, frameless glass sliders, Corten trellises, custom rope lighting, and detailed landscaping.
