Noteworthy: Shawmut, in partnership with C3D Architecture PLLC and Rockwell Group performed a 12,000 square foot interior fit-out in the basement and ground floor at 233 Park Ave South. The project features 2 restaurants in one location: Oceans and Elisa and include a sushi bar, lounge bar, main dining space, multiple private dining rooms and an open kitchen.
