To further Shawmut’s commitment to DEI, this year, I was proud to launch our Diverse Partnerships Program – an initiative that provides more opportunities for diverse vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers. The program enables economic, social, and community opportunity through strategic partnerships that strengthen and increase business opportunities for UBEs. It aims to exceed requirements and goals set by our partners and is designed to establish lasting partnerships that lead to knowledge-sharing, innovation, and long-term success.
