Noteworthy: In an effort to consolidate the rapidly-growing theater department within a single building, MIT relocated its Theater Arts program to 345 Vassar Street in Cambridge. The building comprised 29,565 square feet of industrial space well-suited for the maker-spaces and shops that are core to the Theater Arts program.
