Noteworthy: Extensive renovation and adaptive reuse of the Jan Hus Church (1888) for new owner, Church of the Epiphany. Scope included new footings, underpinning, steel and wood joist structural upgrades, MEP infrastructure, and new circulation core comprised of an elevator and stairwells, as well as repairs to the landmarked exterior. New spaces include a school, gymnasium, and accessible roof deck.
