Noteworthy: Shawmut performed ground-up construction of Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar’s 9,775 square foot location at Mellody Farm Shopping Center in Vernon Hills, IL. The team installed structural steel, wood framing, and CMU block walls to create the core and shell of the restaurant. The team also installed the 1,811 square foot dining patio, where dogs can eat with their owners. The patio features polished concrete and overhead structure wood beams.
