Noteworthy: As part of the Hard Rock Hotel’s conversion to the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas, Shawmut completed the renovation of the existing 1,753-seat theatre to meet Virgin’s needs and standards. The scope of work included new private suites, bar, VIP area, restroom refresh, new signage, and finish upgrades throughout.
