Noteworthy: In partnership with architectural firm Martin Group, Shawmut converted an existing retaurant to house the farm-to-table California cuisine of chef-partner Greg Kuzia-Carmel. Shawmut’s fit out of the 4,000 square foot restaurant included revamping interior finishes throughout the space, replacing the old flooring with oak in the dining room and entry corridor, and adding a demo kitchen with a new glass partition door and exterior vestibule that serves as a service entrance for employees.
