Noteworthy: Shawmut worked with Studio PCH and KA, Inc. to complete a 10,300 square-foot fit-out of Nobu’s newest location in the Houston Galleria. The restaurant features a main bar and sushi bar area, along with a custom two-door elevator with interior finishes, metal + glass panels, and custom lighting. Shawmut outfitted the exterior patio with Ipe wood, bringing a West Coast aesthetic to Houston.
