Noteworthy: 90,000 square foot conversion of an existing 10-story building in Downtown Los Angeles into a 174-key hotel that also included the ground level Sibling Rival restaurant and bar and a rooftop pool. The scope of work included demolition of the full interior down to the structure and construction of an entire new space including a full seismic retrofit, new stairwells, freight elevator, and new M/E/P systems.
