Noteworthy: Shawmut collaborated with Chipman Design Architecture and AvroKO to fit-out the two-floor restaurant in Wrigleyville. Located directly across from the home plate entrance to Wrigley Field, Dutch & Doc’s is a 200-seat brasserie that boasts a picturesque, upfront view of the ballpark and its iconic marquee. The 11,200-square-foot space features retro finishes, including high-end millwork and metal trims, with a horseshoe-shaped marble bar as the centerpiece of the first floor.
