Noteworthy: This new residence hall comprises two residential wings for 216 beds with a service core area. The first floor core connecting the two residential wings includes a fitness center, a state-of-the-art gaming room, multi-purpose meeting and social rooms, and administrative spaces. A large lounge space just off the entrance lobby is three stories tall and includes maple paneling and a 12-foot-wide bluestone fireplace. There are two glass stair towers at either end of the residential wings.

Sitework included a central courtyard and open space surrounding the building. The 1.5 acre site was fully landscaped and irrigated. Additionally, the scope included the replacement and installation of some underground utilities surrounding the site.

The exterior building materials are primarily glass, brick, and copper siding and roofing, selected to complement the new College of Business that was constructed just to the north of Bergoglio Hall.
